About Me

My interest in bodywork began with my love for dance and movement. I have spent more than 20 years performing, creating, and teaching dance. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Pre-Movement Therapy from Oral Roberts University in 2022, I began working at a physical therapy office and became fascinated with the body and it's natural ability to heal. In 2024, I started my education to become a Certified Massage Therapist at National Holistic Institute (https://nhi.edu) and enjoy learning about how inter-connected the whole human body is. I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and sports massage techniques. Each session is personalized to meet you where you are — whether you're seeking pain relief, greater mobility, or a peaceful space to simply be.

I feel passionate about helping my clients get relief from chronic pain and feeling more connected to their bodies. I have found that there is profound connection between who we are as humans in mind, body, and spirit, so I enjoy creating a safe space for my clients to relax, feel refreshed, and even gain new insight into how their body functions.

I look forward to working with you towards your goals -- whether that is relief from pain, rehab from an injury, or feeling more connected to your body.
